| Individual Bedroom Rentals of the Lodge At a two month point before an arrival date if the complete lodge is available reservations will begin being taken for individual bedrooms of the lodge. When the property is rented as separate bedrooms, guests maintain each bedroom space privately with a common kitchen and living space & share the luxurious outside hot tub/sauna & hot water shower. |

* We list our cleaning services separately to ensure a lower daily room rate. This is a vacation home and guests are requested to please leave the spaces used in a respectful condition.

Extra Services:
- Additional Guests = $25 per night.
- Additional Airbeds & Setup = $25 per set.
- Functions & Weddings are subject to a grounds fee based on $25 per person attending the event (including guests staying on propety), this fee encourages the efforts for extensive garden and grounds beautifications, along with pre/post event clean ups.
- $300 Insurance Fee is added to full property rentals with events, functions and weddings.
Holidays:
- New Year's / Christmas / Easter / Valentine's Day / Thanksgiving Day (CDN and US)
Reservation Requirements:
- TWO NIGHT minimum year round.
While we do not take reservations for one night stays we always welcome guests to call and discuss what is happening on location and the possilbility of walking in for a one night stay... we will always welcome one night walk in guests who are willing to take what is left on the property since they are unable to fulfill our two night minimum. - THREE NIGHTS stays are required for high season & holidays.
- FOUR NIGHT WEDDING & FUNCTION minimum stays are requested for full property rentals and weddings in high season.
- THREE NIGHT WEDDING &FUNCTION minimum stays are requested for full property rentals and weddings in low season.
Taxes:
- 12% HST on all vacation home/cottage rentals & cleaning fees.
Deposit:
All deposit and rental monies are place into a trust account in accordance to the requirements of British Columbia regulations:
- 50% at time of reservation
- balance due 45 days before arrival date.
- A $500 security deposit is required for all property rentals.
For for weddings and full property rentals a security deposit of $1000 is required.
Cancellation Policy:
- Before 45 days to arrival
Full refund less $100 administration fee.
Cancellation of weddings or full property rentals will be charged $750 administration fee. - Less than 45 days to arrival
Loss of deposit and balance.
* No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures or late arrivals.
Check-In:
- 5:00 pm or by previous arrangement
Check-Out:
- 11:00 am unless otherwise arranged.
Craidelonna is a Pet-Friendly Facility
We encourage & welcome guests to travel with their family pet & ask them to be responsible for them. We'll be sure to have an extra drying towel for after the beach & bed for your family's loved one. We'll charge $30 per pet for the duration of the stay...
* NO SMOKING INDOORS PLEASE; smoking allowed on decks, gardens and beaches. Smokers please be respectful to nature and the property... dispose of butts safely and do not litter.
